What's in a Name?

 Our Company Name and Logo 

The White Tower is the symbol of the city of Thessaloniki in Greece. It was built in 1536 as a sea-tower for the fortification of the city. It was named "White" after 1878, when it was painted externally with lime.

Today, the area around the White Tower is one of the main downtown areas in the city, at the harbor of Thessaloniki.  Antiquities from the area are exhibited inside the Tower. 

Thessaloniki is the hometown of Despina Bouriadou, Ph.D.  founder and president of White Tower Systems.
